Today’s goal: take note of at least three good deeds you see a stranger do for another stranger.
I tried this yesterday, and once I started looking, I saw them everywhere: people holding doors for others, a car stopping at a cross-walk and waving a pedestrian through, a woman giving up her space in line at the busy post office to let a mother with a young girl speed along.
What deeds did you notice? Did seeing them change your feelings or behavior? How?
AWESOME activity. I do this everyday - though not really thinking about it. When I see other people doing good deeds, however small they may be, it reminds me that there are good, kind, considerate people out there and that the world isn’t all that bad.
I actually don’t look for it but do occasionaly see it happening. For myself I just do it because it is right and it surprises a lot of people.
It is refreshing to see there is still a LOT of good in this world, we just need to stop and look! how ironic that even when we know it, we still get wrapped up in the media hype and all the negativity… great reminder maile
